Rory and Becah are such an amazing couple. In addition to being some of the nicest and most understanding people ever, they’re SO good at just being themselves (while ignoring that there’s a man with a funny looking beard and hairdo pointing a lens at them). I feel so fortunate to have been asked to capture the story of their October waterfront wedding in Virginia Beach. Enjoy!
Becah’s Bouquet has such an awesome story:
This was the Bible that Becah’s Grandmother walked down the isle with at her own wedding. Before she passed away, she told Becah that it would mean a lot if she would carry it down the isle on her wedding day, and that’s the story of the Bible.
The lace is from Becah’s mother’s wedding dress. The flowers are among Becah’s favorite.
***Disclaimer — the photo below contains a bottle, filled with WATER. No, Becah was not boozing all morning before she said her vows. . .
FINALLY, I got to get one of these types of images! I love this sequence below.
This last shot was the only real film photo that made it to the blog this time.It was made on Ilford Delta 3200
Congrats to Rory and Becah! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful story!
